L&D 2020: Shaping change in learning

Martyn Sloman is TJ's principal consultant to the L&D 2020 and alongside TJ's Debbie Carter he will be developing new material to feed the debate and producing supporting tools and techniques for L&D specialists eager to keep up with the changing face of their profession.
Carter said on Sloman's appointment "I'm delighted to have Martyn working on the L&D 2020 project, his practical experience, research ability and knowledge of the industry will give a real boost to the project. I also look forward to reading his column again in 2010 Iíve missed his insightful comment and dry humour."
Over the next year Sloman shall be putting material on the TJ website and inviting your participation in polls and ideas through discussion threads so please read and comment on his resources and blog on these pages and make a difference to the L&D community and its professional practice.
