This role, within the Management & Personal Development (MPD) team, will be predominately working throughout the Midlands Region.
Reporting to the MPD Manager you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering training courses to meet client needs. We are a well-established training provider with an excellent reputation which we will expect you to enhance.
The Trainer’s main areas of responsibility will include:
- Designing and developing both public and bespoke management, supervisory and interpersonal skills courses.
- Developing new courses to promote the department and increase market share.
- Visiting prospective clients and preparing proposals that help secure work for the department.
The successful candidate must:
- Have experience of delivering Management Development programmes
- Hold the Certificate in Training Practice / a teaching qualification
- Be a Chartered Member of CIPD
- Have line-management experience
- Be innovative and creative in their approach to training
- Be willing to travel throughout the Midlands region and occasionally elsewhere around the UK
