A new feedback questionnaire that can be completed online or on paper has been launched by organisational researcher, Quantify. The questionnaire links feedback on behaviours directly to an employer’s own competencies framework, allowing identification of development activities to help the participant meet any competencies in which they are lacking. Results can be related to the participant’s own self-assessment.
The online system means the participant can be kept up to date with progress, reminders can be sent to anyone who has not responded to the questionnaire, and a final report can be generated.
