Nadia will work with senior management to improve HR performance across the group. Other key areas of responsibility will include performance reviews, training and recruitment. She will provide coaching, guidance and support to managers and staff on all HR and people development issues.
Nadia spent her early career in France where she gained her Masters degree in economics and business management, and postgraduate diploma in international human resources management . Her UK career has seen her providing in-house HR consultancy at VT Training where she was responsible for human resource and succession planning, performance management, and staff and apprentice training, liaising with awarding bodies, government organisations and sector skills councils. She also guided and coached middle and senior managers on general HR and development issues.
