In a bid to gain further business in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, Intellego has acquired regulatory affairs publisher Zenosis.
Intellego currently supplies content and blended learning solutions to the sales, marketing, system implementation and HR sectors. The addition of the Zenosis compliance and regulatory affairs e-learning courseware will enable it to offer a greater range of products to existing and new customers.
Around 50 global pharmaceutical organisations currently use Zenosis materials for compulsory training in areas such as clinical practice and regulatory affairs and Intellego can now count those clients as its own.
In the future it will seek other partners who can help it to market its products and services.
Andy Green, group managing director of Intellego, said: "We're delighted to have made this complementary acquisition. It provides us with a world-class pharmaceutical regulatory affairs and compliance training package, which adds to our existing published offering and will enable us to further expand in the pharmaceutical market and life science sectors.
“Intellego is focused on becoming a supplier of choice within the life science industry through both innovative product and high quality service offerings. The integration of regulatory affairs and compliance training is one more step on that path."
