For the third year running a Financial Times survey has named Academee as one of the UK’s 50 best workplaces.
This year, learning solutions provider Academee leapt from last year’s ranking of 33rd place to seventh place in the awards which recognise the link between a supportive organisational culture and financial success.
Organisations are ranked based on the answers given by staff to a survey which asks them to assess levels of trust, management competence, opportunities for personal growth, equitable sharing of opportunities and rewards, camaraderie and pride in the organisation.
Academee was recently acquired by Oliver Wyman, an international management consultancy, which is also recognised by the FT as one of the UK’s best workplaces.
Clare Roberts, managing director of Academee, said: “We are thrilled to be recognised once again as one of the UK’s best workplaces. The fact that we have risen so far up the list this year recognises how important our people and our culture are to our success.
“One of the things that most attracted Oliver Wyman to Academee was our people-centred culture and values. We are proud of our entrepreneurial spirit, the high levels of trust and support in our workplace and our strong client focus. We aim to create an environment where individuals can grow and develop and to offer employees working solutions that benefit both them and the business.”
