Creativity - it's not just about drawing was the title of a presentation given by Hemsley Fraser in the Learning Arena at the HRD Week exhibition on Tuesday.
The Learning Arena is the largest of the free seminar areas on the exhibition floor and Hemsley Fraser played to a packed audience, all of whom had come along to learn some tips on being more creative.
There was lots of audience participation as volunteers were called to the front to take part in short activities.
One fun activity was rolestorming - taking on a different character to help look at problems in a different way. While Superman has to avoid kryptonite at all costs, he can fly faster than a speeding bullet and jump high buildings in a single bound. How can working faster, or aiming higher help in your business?
Speaking to audience members after the session it was clear that they had enjoyed it and got a lot out of it.
Hemsley Fraser gave a fun presentation with tools that the audience could take away and use in the training room.
