Learning and Development News - LSN launches new Leadership and Management Unit

The Learning and Skills Network’s new Leadership and Management Unit will use coaching, mentoring and action learning in its leadership and management programmes which have been designed to help further education providers facilitate change, sustain development and improve performance in response to the growing demands of post-16 education.

The Unit will be headed by Shaun Lincoln who has extensive experience of delivering leadership and management development initiatives.  Lincoln joins LSN from the Centre for Excellence in Leadership where he and his team worked with 80 further education colleges throughout the UK.
