Learning and Development News - Strontium acquires The Learning Eye

Management agency, The Learning Eye (TLE), which recorded profits after tax of £264,101 with a turnover of £1,057,831 in the year to 30 June 2007, was acquired by Strontium Plc for an initial consideration of £1,000,000. A potential further profit related three year earn out payment of up to £1,450,000 will be made in cash and shares.

TLE was set up in 2000 by Managing Director Ian Seggar to provide training and consulting services to the automotive sector. Clients include Toyota, Lexus, VMW, MINI, Nissan and QinetiQ. 

TLE’s eight staff members will all keep their jobs
