American research and advisory firm Bersin & Associates recognised Mohive’s eLearning Publishing System by awarding it Learning Leader status in the Learning Leaders’ inaugural “Vendor Innovation” category.
Commenting on the strong business case that supported applications within the new “Innovation” category for Learning Leaders, Bersin & Associates’ Principal Analyst Chris Howard said. “This was a very tough category to judge because we had many excellent applications. All companies recognised had solutions that had a strong element of innovation – some through use of technology, others by creating new processes or through unique customisations. All winners also brought to us very compelling examples of business impact.
“Mohive offers a very powerful web-based solution for content development and collaboration. We were very impressed by the way the eLearning Publishing System streamlines the whole content creation process for large organisations that want to develop training content in-house.”
Singled out by the programme as Europe’s most innovative eLearning solution, Bersin & Associates’ Learning Leaders status has been awarded to Mohive and the eLearning Publishing System after an extensive programme of research compiled by the firm's US based researchers over 2007. The programme recognises organisations which have developed and implemented effective and efficient approaches to employee learning and development resulting in significant business improvement. The Learning Leaders programme kicks off its annual series of U.S.-based showcase activities over 2008.
Lars Unneberg, CEO at Mohive, comments: “The advanced workflow and collaborative solutions that we’ve introduced into global enterprises like PepsiCo and Bosch Siemens shows how the potential of e-learning can be unlocked. Rapid e-learning has changed the e-learning landscape and I believe that Mohive is enabling this change for large enterprise customers. Collaboration and decentralised content creation enables our customers to deliver new products and processes faster. In Europe the quality of content had always been high and the trend now is to deliver effective content faster by creating content internally. As one of the few European companies selected for Bersin & Associates’ Learning Leaders Programme this year, we’re proud to be at the forefront of this global trend.”
