01 May 2012
Description
Practising 21st Century Leadership (C21L) recognises the importance of developing a new generation of leaders for the 21st century and the L&OD professionals' role in modelling and facilitating that change. Working with experts in leadership, OD and Action Research Mayvin Ltd, TJ are offering this innovative programme that will enable participants to benefit from an action-research approach.
Designed for learning and organisational development professionals and the leaders from within their organisations, the programme will focus on what it means to become a true partner of the organisation and facilitate the core capabilities of leadership such as collective intelligence, finding 'enabling truths', wisdom, working with the flow of social networking and being a ethical leader.
Learning is all about doing and then reflecting on these actions within the community of participants. Knowledge about leadership is uncovered to its full potential by 'having a go'.
The facilitators:
Martin Saville
Martin Saville is a consultant, facilitator and coach who combines a strong leadership background with specific expertise in leadership and Organisational Development (OD), group dynamics and personal development.
James Traeger
James Traeger is a leadership and OD specialist with extensive practical delivery and teaching experience.
