TJ AWARDS 2012
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APPLYING
Eligibility
- The training programme entered needs to have been substantially delivered within the UK and Ireland. Some international programmes will be considered and permission to apply should be sought in advance by emailing awards@trainingjournal.com
- The programme should have been implemented, improved or completed between January 2011 and July 2012.
- All facts within the submission are assumed to be honest, however if there is evidence that the content is either incorrect or deliberately misleading the submission will be disqualified.
- The organisers reserve the right to contact the entrant to validate any statements made within the submission.
- If an entrant contacts a judge to discuss judging decisions prior to the awards event, this will result in disqualification.
Feedback
Feedback will only be provided in writing, and to those who have opted for this service which costs £95.
Confidentiality
All content within award submissions is treated as strictly confidential. Only the organisers and judges will read the submissions. All employees are under strict confidentiality agreements.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an entry after it has been submitted, the entrant must email Debbie Carter at awards@trainingjournal.com. All cancellations received on or before 16th July 2012 will receive a full refund for any fees paid. Any cancellation emails received after this date will not be refunded.
Changes to the TJ Gala Dinner
Please be aware that it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to change, alter or cancel the venue or date of the event.
Use of awards logo
Finalists are able to use the "TJ Awards 2012 finalist" logo, and winners can use the "TJ Awards 2012 Winner" logo indefinitely, but the logo cannot be materially changed, and must include the year. We recommend including a hyperlink from the logo to the awards homepage to prove the credibility of your win.
Publicity
As soon as you hear about your success in being short-listed or winning you are entitled to release this information without sign off by the TJ Awards team, however, it is essential that you name the category and awards name correctly. Those who have paid for feedback are also entitled to request a quote for any release about a win or commendation by emailing awards@trainingjournal.com.
Acceptance of terms
Your entry into the TJ Awards is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the website or awards name for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By entering the awards you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must not enter, or withdraw your entry from the awards process.
