Transactional analysis for trainers: game players in the training room

Occasionally we encounter people in the training room who seem to have just one purpose being there; to wind you up. Some of these people might be 'Game Players' this is a Transactional Analysis (TA) term which defines a set of behaviours which masks a personal belief system. This session will look at the purpose and intention of 'game playing' and how the trainer can constructively and positively deal with it.
