L&D 2020: Shaping change in learning

This year TJ joined forces with the Institute for Employment Studies (IES) to explore learning and development in the future. This ground-breaking research project allowed senior learning practitioners to explore the future of workplace learning and to think about the skills sets that will be required for the L&D professional. The aim was to look 5-10 years ahead and identify the key issues that would drive changes in the need for learning as well as how it will be delivered.
Paul Fairhurst who led the research team will present a fascinating look at the opportunities open to workplace learning and how learning professionals should start preparing for a brave new world of work.
