Mike Clayton is an experienced coach, trainer, facilitator and speaker with extensive consulting and programme management experience in a diverse range of private and public sector organisations. He is a certified NLP master practitioner and formerly a senior manager with Deloitte Consulting, where he specialised in the delivery and integration of complex change.
