The concept of change is what we will discuss in the next TJ webinar on the 21st June. Nadim Nawaz is the strategic alliance manager of Callerz, a call centre with a difference, and is one of our webinar speakers.
Nawaz employs people that otherwise struggle find jobs, such as home workers, the disabled, perhaps parents who need flexible working hours.
The experience that Nawaz brings in his different approach to business and the change it can have on individuals, industry and also about how to deal with training a remote work force is an interesting viewpoint to take on board.
