Q. How often will I receive my TJ magazine?

A. TJ is a monthly magazine which will be sent to you on, or about, the first day of every month.

 

Q. How much does a subscription to TJ cost?

A. If you live in the UK a subscription to TJ will cost £155.00 for one year rising to £248.00 for two years and £302.25 for three years. For European subscribers it is GBP172.50 for a one year; GBP276.00 for two years and GBP336.40 for three years. For subscribers from the rest of the world it is GBP214 for one year; GBP342.40 for two years and GBP417.30 for three years.

 

Q. Are there discounts for multiple subscriptions?

A. Yes: five TJ subscriptions (delivered to the same address in the UK) costs £117.00 per subscriber and five TJ subscriptions (delivered to different addresses in the UK) costs £137 per subscriber. Q. Is there an online version of the magazine available?

A. The current issue of the magazine can be read online by subscribers. The discussion forum alone is available for £49.00 plus VAT.

 

Q. How can I pay for my subscription?

A. Subscriptions can be paid online with a credit or debit card, or by invoice by contacting our customer service team at contact@trainingjournal.com or on +44 (0) 1353 654877.

 

Q. How can I renew my subscription?

A. Contact our customer service team on +44 (0) 1353 654877 or login to the website and click the “Manage Your Account Here >” link in the welcome box located in the top right corner of the page. Click the “Renew” button and follow the online instructions.

 

Q. What does the subscription price cover?

A. Your subscription includes the monthly magazine: TJ, the publication for learning and development; full access to the TJ Online website at www.trainingjournal.com including the TJ archive, TJ Online Discussion Forum archive and the library of white paper research documents; membership of the TJ Online Discussion Forum, including the email Daily Discussion Digest of postings sent in each 24 hours (formerly UK-HRD); the option to advertise up to six events and one job vacancy per year for FREE on the TJ Online website and the option to create and display your own profile in the members directory.



Q. What is online access and how do I get it?

A. As a subscriber you have full access to all information on the website. To access this information you will need to log in to the site using your unique email address and password – if you need help with this please email contact@trainingjournal.com

 

Q. What is the discussion forum?

A. The discussion forum is an online community of those interested in, or professionally involved with, learning and development. Formerly UK-HRD, this forum provides lively, daily debate on the issues affecting L&D today. The postings to the forum are moderated and sent out in one email to the membership every day, Monday - Friday.

Q. I have forgotten my password how can I get a reminder?

A. Visit the following URL:  http://www.trainingjournal.com/password-reminder.php , enter your email in the box provided and press the “send” button, an email will then be sent to you containing your login details.

 

Q. How do I update my account profile?

A. Login and click the “Manage Your Account Here >” link in the welcome box located in the top right corner of the page. This will then navigate your account management screen where you will be able to maintain your details.

 

Q. How do I change my daily digest options

A. Login and visit the following URL: http://www.trainingjournal.com/accounts/digest-options.php where you will be able to update your daily digest preferences.

 

Q. How can I get a back issue of TJ?

A. We have limited supplies of back issues of TJ. For information on availability, please contact our customer service team at contact@trainingjournal.com or on +44 (0)1353 654877. Alternatively, a search of the archive should produce online versions of TJ content going back several years.

 

Q. How can I store my issues of TJ for further reference?

A. Branded TJ magazine holders are available to store your copies of TJ – to order one, contact our customer service team at contact@trainingjournal.com or on +44 (0)1353 654877.
